His insight and steady guidance continue to steer the business toward long-term success.

A lifelong Bergen County resident, Roger has worn many hats — entrepreneur, real estate professional, marketing agency founder, professor, and community leader. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Affinity Federal Credit Union and has held multiple leadership roles in local government and education.
